♥ RESEPI KAMPUNG SY BAH...


TEPUNG TALAM KOTA BELUD

Bahan-bahan ( 5 orang makan )

  • BAHAN A :
  • 300 gm Sagu
  • 250 gm Kelapa Parut
  • 30 gm Suhun
  • 1 Sudu Teh Garam Halus
  • BAHAN B :
  • 300 gm Gula
  • 700 ml Santan
  • 100 ml Jus Pandan
  • 6 biji Telur
  • 100 gm Tepung Gandum
  • 1 sudu besar Tepung Jagung
  • ½ sudu teh garam


                                                                              Cara-cara

  1. Semua bahan A digaul sebati, masukkan ke dalam Loyang.Kukus sehingga masak selama 25minit dan tekan setelah masak.
  2. Campur semua bahan B, Tapis dan masak sekejap di atas api yang perlahan. Jangan terlalu pekat.
  3. Tuangkan semua adunan keatas Bahan A, kukus hingga masak.
